• All quotations and estimates provided by us are valid for a limited period, typically 15 days, unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change based on factors such as material costs, scope of work, or any changes requested by the client after the initial estimate is provided.​

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting our Services to ensure proper delivery and execution of Services.

• You agree to allow our service team access to the necessary premises, equipment, or materials to perform the agreed-upon Services.

• We may require a deposit before starting the work, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as outlined in the service agreement.

• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the services for non-payment.

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis which takes into account any costs already incurred.

• We provide a warranty for our fabrication and maintenance work as specified in the service agreement. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes for the services due to the varying conditions and factors that can affect maintenance and fabrication work.

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services or any delays in providing the Services.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• Any designs, plans, drawings, or other intellectual property created by us during the course of the services remain our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

9. Third-Party Services and Materials

• We may use third-party suppliers or subcontractors in the provision of the services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from materials or components supplied by these third parties.

• If you supply any materials or components for use in the services, we are not liable for any defects or issues related to these materials.

11. Governing Law
